Pak Dream (Pvt) Ltd is strategically located in Hattar Industrial Estate, approximately 25 kilometers from the capital city of Islamabad. The company is a well-established manufacturer of high-quality concrete blocks, paving stones, and kerb stones, serving the growing needs of the construction industry.
Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery imported from MASA Germany, the world’s leading manufacturer of block production equipment. This advanced plant—one of the first of its kind in the country—was installed by German engineers in close collaboration with skilled Pakistani engineers and technicians, ensuring world-class production standards from day one.
Spread across 5 acres, our modern manufacturing facility has the capacity to produce over 60,000 blocks and pavers per day. To guarantee uninterrupted operations, the plant is supported by a 500 KVA power generator, providing reliable backup to WAPDA and ensuring consistent production even during power fluctuations.
Concrete Masonry Units (CMUs) produced under our flagship brand PRIMECRETE are manufactured through a fully automated PLC-based system that minimizes human error and ensures uniform product quality. Our production operations are supervised by highly qualified engineers and technicians who have received comprehensive theoretical and hands-on training from experienced German professionals.
Pak Dream maintains strict adherence to international manufacturing standards, including ASTM C90, ASTM C129, and BS 6073. Our robust quality assurance and inspection processes ensure that every product meets or exceeds customer expectations. From raw material sourcing to final product inspection, quality and consistency remain our top priorities.
